How to update favourite list and edit settings

I am very sorry for the poor experience. Are you referring to the customization list for the Foot Leg Massager? Currently, this list only supports applying settings by clicking 'Use' and deleting entries by swiping left. You can adjust and save the various control parameters in the control page.
